Return Merchandise Authorization Service

AMTF Corporation offers standard 1-year parts and 3-year labors depot warranty.
If you need to return any of products that you purchased from us for repair service, please follow the steps:
1. Please read Warranty information.
2. Contact with our technical support staff to get a case number.
3. Please download Return Merchandise Authorization form.
4. Fill up the RMA form with a copy of original invoice and
Email to service@amtfcorp.com, or
Fax to (510) 651-4929, attention to RMA department.
