New account setup:
If you are interested in establishing an account with AMTF, please contact an AMTF sales representative at (510) 668-1300 or download, complete, and send the Credit application form , Bank authorization form to sales@amtfcorp.com.
If you are a reseller, please download, and complete the Reseller permit form to sales@amtfcorp.com.
Payment Method:
A variety of payment method is available.
For customer interesting in establish term payment. Please download, fill-out and send the Credit application form to sales@amtfcorp.com.
For Credit card payment. Please download, fill-out and send the Credit card authorization form to sales@amtfcorp.com.
